Diamond Jubilee Competition results and photos

The 2012 Diamond Jubilee weekend celebrations in Aston Cantlow were a great success. Here are the results of the competitions, and photos of many of the events that took place.

1^st Place –from Anna Freya.  – A photo taken june 2012 of John Dunsby who was born – lived and worked his whole life in the Village, relaxing in his garden with Billy the dog.

2^nd Place –  from Maureen Parkes – Tractor in the flood of 2007 at Little Alne Bridge

3^rd Place – from Janet Moss – Street party in 1998

Highly Commended – Harriet Fox – Dogs being walked in the snow on the village pathways
