There are lots of facilities in the Village and locally to help to keep you fit and active.
In the Village Hall you can do Keep fit, Circuit Training, Yoga and Dancing, but not far away you can get involved in Cycling, Golf, Horse Riding, Sailing, Swimming, Canoeing, Walking, Zumba, Tai Chi, or even Scuba Diving.
