The above Order made on 15th March 2022 if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by:
• Upgrading a section of Public Footpath AL106a to a section of Restricted Byway AL225, shown as a broken green line on plan reference AL225/MEB/OrderPlan, starting at point A (grid reference SP 1213 6240) running generally south south east for approximately 90 metres to point B (grid reference SP 1218 6233).
The width of the route at is 13 metres. Width shown shaded grey on the attached plan. Surface type unspecified.
• Adding a section of Restricted Byway AL225, shown as a broken green line on the attached plan reference AL225/MEB/OrderPlan, starting at point B (grid reference SP 1218 6233) running in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 294 metres to point E (grid reference SP 1241 6215).
The width of the route at point B is 13 metres widening to 20 metres at point C (grid reference SP 1224 6225), narrowing to 10 metres at point D (grid reference SP 1225 6225) and 10 metres to Point E. Width shown shaded grey on the attached plan. Surface type unspecified.
A copy of the Order and Plan may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the office of Warwickshire County Council, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SA and may be bought there at the price of £5.77. Copies may also be seen during normal office hours at the office of Warwick District Council, Planning Department, Riverside House, Milverton Hill, Leamington Spa, CV32 5QH, the Kenilworth library and on the following website: www.warwickshire.gov.uk/pathorders.
Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Strategic Director, Communities Group, Warwickshire County Council, Shire Hall, Warwick, CV34 4SX to arrive no later than 29 April 2022 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Warwickshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations and objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
