The Parish Council is only going to require personal information such as names, email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers for essential contacts or if a resident of the area covered by the Parish Council submits a request for information or assistance.
The data is held on the computer used by the Clerk to the Parish Council. This is password protected and has anti-virus software in place. Any paper data is held within locked filing cabinets.
Data will be kept for only as long as is deemed necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party unless there is good reason to protect an individual’s personal data which overrides those legitimate interests. We do not share information without permission.
